You know cooking is an expressive art form. Food gathers people and creates new memories. In a city like LA, My vision for cooking for the city of LA is to bring us closer together. Breaking bread with a stranger could be the very beginning of a friendship.

I approach food with great opportunity. I cook for myself daily, Seriously i don’t eat left overs. Ive master the trade of cooking for 1. But where the fun in that. I allow the ingredients I have on hand to set the tone for my dinner that night. It helps to reduce food waste, and pushes me to culinary exploration.
