Guac in the morning
I learned this amazing guacamole recipe at my internship at Dos Caminos on 14th street, as a sophomore in high school. I didn't quite understand the magnitude of making guac for an entire summer. What feels like a decade later, everyone I have made this for loves it. The secret is the fresh ingredients and the method used to prepare. Bellow you will find my, well.. Dos Caminos recipe for their Mexican styled guacamole. I am fortune enough to share with you.
